Black Ops 6 release date
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will be released on Oct. 25, 2024, for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X and S.
It will also be available for players with an Xbox Game Pass subscription on release day.
How to play Black Ops 6 early
Players could access the game as early as 5 a.m. MT/6 a.m. CT on Thursday, Oct. 24, with a popular workaround, according to the gaming website GameRant.
The New Zealand method has been a popular trick for accessing other Call of Dutytitles ahead of the official release, and Black Ops 6 will also be subject to this workaround. Each platform has specific steps to accomplish this workaround; you can find the full breakdown at gamerant.com.
How much will Call of Duty Black Ops 6 cost?
The Cross-Gen Bundle costs $69.99 plus tax, while the Vault Edition costs $99.99 plus tax.
The Cross-Gen Standard edition is available for PS, Xbox, Battle.net, Windows, Steam and Game Pass.
The Vault Edition has some extras, including a Hunters vs. Hunters Operator Pack, Mastercraft Weapon Collection and a GobbleGum Pack for Zombies. That version is available for PS, Xbox, Battle.net, Windows and Steam.
