Don’t look now, but here comes the Golden State Warriors. Steve Kerr’s group has won six of its last seven games and are coming off a one-point victory over the Phoenix Suns on Saturday behind another big night from Steph Curry.

Golden State has won three straight and four of its last five road games and will put that to the test Monday night against the Utah Jazz. The two teams are separated by just a half-game outside the Western Conference playoff picture. Utah has lost four of six after a 129-115 loss to Phoenix on Feb. 8.

Here’s the betting breakdown of Monday’s matchup with a best bet.

Golden State Warriors

Utah Jazz

Warriors

Draymond Green: The veteran had one of his best performances of the season in Saturday’s win over Phoenix. Green turned in 15 points, his first double-digit scoring performance since Jan. 24, with 9 assists and 7 rebounds. He shot 7-of-9 from the field and is shooting 55.8% in February.

Jazz

Lauri Markkanen: The former seventh overall pick has continued to surge. Last year’s Most Improved Player is averaging 23.7 points per game and is shooting a career-high 50.1% from the field. The Arizona product is averaging 26 points in four February contests and is shooting 50% from beyond the arc in that stretch.

Golden State is trying to make a push in what’s been a season filled with highs and mostly lows. Over the last 10 games, Golden State is No. 2 in the NBA (No. 1 in the Western Conference) in net rating while Utah is No. 24,

Still, the Warriors are now road favorites, a spot they are just 5-4 ATS in so far this season. They’ll take the trip to Utah, and the Jazz are simply dominant inside the Delta Center. Utah played just three home games since Jan. 18, going 2-1 straight up. Utah is an NBA-best 18-6 ATS at home this season and 11-4 as a home underdog.

Utah has also had four days off since losing to Phoenix on Thursday. The Jazz are 9-1 ATS with a rest advantage this season and it seems like a tall task for Golden State’s older lineup to go on the road and short rest and pull out a win in a tough environment.

With the rest advantage, the Jazz should play to their strength with the No. 9 pace in the NBA and run away from the Warriors Monday night, continuing their stellar season in front of their home fans. Take the Jazz as home dogs.
